As all file transfer systems require use of email to send notifications about your files to you and your users, you (or your IT person) must configure your email program to accept emails from the above address. Without this you will not be able to proceed.

These guides will answer most of your initial questions and contain information for both the Administrator (to help create the initial users and groups) and for the User (to being uploading, downloading and managing files).
An email has been sent to you containing information about logging in to your site for the first time. If after configuring your email, as mentioned in Step 1, you do not receive that message please contact us.
That's it! You can now check your email for your first notification message about your site which will contain your username and temporary password, link to your new Tuyu file transfer site, and other important information about the productive use of your site.
